Dunkermotoren goes for axial flux BGA22x22 |
||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Dunkermotoren has engineered a rare earth permanent magnet motor (BLDC) with outstanding performance in terms of power to size ratio and rigidity. The ratio of price to power output is attractive. This is possible due to the unique axial flux stacked windings design. | ||||||
The new product line is named BGA 22x22 and is built coreless. The coreless design means that there is no cogging torque and therefore literally no vibration. The stacking of magnet discs and winding discs are a unique motor design. This concept achieves power to size ratios that exceeds the one of existing coreless motors. The efficiency is very high and ensures long operating time in battery powered systems. Windings for high speed (up to 16.000rpm) and low speed are available |
